KOSHER & KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

Kosher means food is prepared according to Jewish dietary laws. In order for a product to be certified Kosher, it must:

- Contain only permitted ingredients (no pork or shellfish)
- Be made with special oversight
- Be produced using equipment that meets kosher rules

Kosher for Passover means our products meet the special rules for Passover in addition to being Kosher. During Passover, chametz (leavened grain) is forbidden, so our products are made without leavened grain/starched processing aid and produced in a facility that does not handle chametz-containing products.
